The moment has come: Park Poétik is ready for its third edition. A summer full of wonder awaits you! From 1 July to 28 August 2022, Park Poétik will once again be sowing the seeds of poetry in the streets of Forest and Sint-Gillis (Brussels).
The theme 'Drôles d'oiseaux & Vreemde Vogels' will be the theme and will host a whole lot of surprising interventions! Park Poétik is back for a third edition, with the aim of meeting and talking to people in the streets, squares, parks and neighbourhoods. This year, several "nests" or "Nesten" will be created, in which artists and performers will spread their wings like strange birds in order to hatch artistic creations offered to the inhabitants of the neighbourhood and to art lovers and curious passers-by.
Together, artists, residents and local cultural organisations, will roll up their sleeves to offer you a programme of workshops, interactive shows, concerts, visual installations and parades. So open your eyes and ears for parades and street theatre that will take you like poetic spirals to jump, walk, dance and dream... ! Do you want to twirl with us? Everyone is welcome!
When?
Park Poétik dispenses it's magic during July and August, seven days a week. So we can definitely find a moment that fits you to participate and realise the dream of Park Poétik!
