A workshop around an awakening mat for toddlers (6 to 36 months) accompanied by their parents. La Marelle is a sensory rug entirely knitted, crocheted and embroidered by hand. Each piece of La Marelle corresponds to a landscape that invites the child to explore. We start at the pedestrian crossing to land in the clouds, passing by the wall of brick, the garden, the orchard, the mountain\u2026 La Marelle was created in collaboration with La Court\u2019Echelle of the Maison de Cultures de Molenbeek in Brussels. La Marelle was thought for a very young audience with particular attention to their development cognitive. Bright colours, tactile materials are at the service of the senses of toddlers. <\/span>Elk stuk van La Marelle komt overeen met een landschap dat het kind uitnodigt om het te verkennen. <\/span>Het begint bij de voetgangersoversteekplaats en eindigt in de wolken, langs de bakstenen muur, <\/span>de tuin, de boomgaard, de berg… De Hopscotch is gemaakt in samenwerking met La <\/span>Court’Echelle van het Huis van de Culturen in Molenbeek, Brussel.
