Ten bench-bearers head into the city. They invite passers-by – potential bench-sitters – to help build a bench and take a seat. A conversation ensues. The bench bearers listen, pay attention, and are fully present. After two hours of small, heartfelt conversations, the bench bearers and bench-sitters gather and use the benches to build a table. Passers-by are also welcome. With words, music and a glass in hand, they toast the beauty of these small encounters and of life itself. 

★ More about the artist: Cie Krak (@ compagnie_krak) was founded in 2008 with a focus on international street performances and, under the direction of Dieter Missiaen and Els Degryse, has grown into an internationally touring company.
