Park Poétik is emerging as a breeding ground for enthusiasts who dream of using public space as a meeting place and who want to engage in dialogue with a wide group of people through a variety of poetic interventions.

Park Poétik: 

• creates space and place for connections between insiders and outsiders, between individuals and organisations, including authorities, to dream together, come up with concepts, question each other, make choices, create and shape the city together.
• is emerging as a place where poétikizen·n·e·s of all sorts communicate with each other in different languages , where volunteers, the public and artists can express themselves in their mother tongue. 
• uses Demos' participation continuum to involve the public: from purely accidental to deliberate, from giving input to co-creating and making space. Each strategy has a separate approach, with encounter and dialogue always constituting the starting point. 
• works in a location-specific way to reach the public, particularly in public spaces and in collaboration with organisations and institutions that attract a diverse audience: socio-cultural organisations, schools, cultural or community centres, etc.
