This project was a Surprise Poétik: an unannounced mobile pop-up programme
of street theatre, circus, dance, clowning, puppetry,
music, enchanting installations...

Volgens de legende kan het ijle, hypnotiserende klank van zingend glas je in trance of hypnose brengen. Je zou er zelfs gek van kunnen worden… A wandering organ of singing glass, mounted on a cargo bike, enchants the audience with old and new songs. The repertoire: Beatles, Bach, and Brel, and above all, the Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, whose minimalist compositions sometimes seem almost made for glass. Ongelofelijk, betoverend, virtuoos, pure magie… klaar voor een half uur lang kippenvel?
