Workshop and departure at Square Jordens

Les Colocs Alceste, Carmen and Magda, three elderly puppets, moved to the neighbourhood 3 years ago. This year, they’re once again raring to take the Tram Poétik – a tram made from plastic fruit and vegetable crates, built around the Taxi Poétik. There’s already a stop at Square Jordens, but where is that tram? Oh look, the timetable’s right there at the tram stop!
Come along and join in this comical, cheerful and poetic surprise! On Monday and Tuesday afternoon, the neighbourhood children build the tram with artist Precy Numbi.
Wednesday morning, children will make costumes and think about their dream destination with Cie El Caracol. In the afternoon, the tram will head to Bethlehemplein, where the Colocs will liven up the square with their zany dance moves, with the children’s help – they’ll tear up the tickets, help people board and announce the tram’s departure.
