What’s arriving in the square from afar? An ice-cream vendor? A travelling fortune-teller? No… it’s the Ark of Seeds. A mobile cabinet of curiosities, صندوق فرجة, brimming with colours, plants, scents and ancient seeds from different ecosystems. Through journeys from town to town and direct encounters with the public, Dunia, storyteller and guardian of the seeds, transports us to a poetic world where every seed holds a story. With Munia, the dream-bearer, everyone is invited to help her create her magic potion: observe, listen, write, and draw shapes of love to help the seed grow, multiply, sow the earth and revive its memory.

★ More about the artist: Joy Sfeir (@joysfeirr) is a Lebanese artist and farmer based in Brussels. Using organic materials, she constructs an architecture of memory and transforms spaces into magical meeting places. Anna Delgado @Anna_eternaduda creates dreamy music that guides you through the piece.
